Hi!

First of all, I'd like to congratulate you on the map you made, it was exactly what I was looking for. I'd like to suggest a correction, though.

The point for "Battle of Jarama" is too far north, it should be to the southeast of Madrid (around San Martín de la Vega) not to the northeast.

It's a common mistake nowadays, because Google Maps locates the word "Jarama" in that part of the river, while the battle happened some 30 km downstream.

Please feel free to ask me about any subject related to Spain if you want to know more.

Blocage sur Wikipèdia

Bonjour,
Je considère que le blocage est totalement disproportionné et relève du conflit éditorial seul. Étant donné qu'on bloque même les pages pers sur Wikipèdia, je vous contacte ici. Vos motifs (texte cité) sont annecotiques et je n'ai pas commis 3 révocations sur la page d'Aix. On me dit que l'orthographe mistralienne est permise. Il me semble de bon droit que de l'indiquer, ce qui respecte en plus le principe de moindre surprise. --Æpherys (talk) 12:12, 21 September 2024 (UTC)Reply

Bref. Wikipédia en occitan se décridibilise tout seul, si tant est qu'il ait déjà eu une crédibilité ce dont je doute. Vous faites fuir les gens par de tels réactions, et participez à creuser la tombe d'une langue déjà morte. Quand on voit qu'un administrateur crée un article en évoquant Marion Ar Penn, Erik Zemmour, Valérie Ros Pecressa, Philippe Poton, on perçoit bien les divagations de cette version linguistique de Wikipédia, qui ressemble plus à un bac à sable géant qu'à une encyclopédie.
