Wikipedia is an encyclopedia that aims to develop a comprehensive collection of all knowledge. However, for an article on a person to be included in our encyclopedia, it must assert the notability of its subject (see Wikipedia:Notability and Wikipedia:Notability (people)). Your article on Mr. Balbin didn't, so I deleted it per WP:CSD. I hope this clears things up. Canderson7 (talk) 01:48, 24 July 2006 (UTC)
