ITB Name edit

Hi Neuralprocessing. I take your point about the harsh nationalistic laws banning the use of other languages for higher education institutes, but I based my revert on two things: Firstly there was a proposal to rename the article in 2009, and it was defeated - see the discussion on the article talk page. Secondly the institute's own English language website uses "Bandung Insitute of Technology" as one of its possible names (ignore their misspelling!) - see http://www.itb.ac.id/en/about-itb/. You are of course correct about MIT - the same is true of other famous acronyms such as KGB, and indeed TNI when used in English language publications - but that is not relevant in this case. Cheers.
