Image copyright problem with Image:100 5954.JPG edit

Thanks for uploading Image:100 5954.JPG. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. Even if you created the image yourself, you still need to release it so Wikipedia can use it. If you don't indicate the copyright status of the image on the image's description page, using an appropriate copyright tag, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you made this image yourself, you can use copyright tags like {{PD-self}} (to release all rights), {{self|CC-by-sa-3.0|GFDL}} (to require that you be credited), or any tag here - just go to the image, click edit, and add one of those. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

This is an automated notice by STBotI. For assistance on the image use policy, see Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. STBotI (talk) 18:24, 3 September 2008 (UTC)Reply

A tag has been placed on Port of Poti 2 weeks before the port was destroyed by the Russian airforce 8/8/08, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the page appears to have no meaningful content or history, and the text is unsalvageably incoherent.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion. To do this, add {{hangon}} on the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag) and leave a note on the page's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself.

If the page you created was a test, please use the sandbox for any other experiments you would like to do. You may also want to move the page to EverythingWiki. Feel free to leave a message on my talk page if you have any questions about this. - ShootinPutin109 Talk. 09:55, 6 September 2008 (UTC)Reply

Colima volcano aero.jpg edit

Hi,

We just found an excellent photo of Colima volcano: [1]. It is a little unclear from the image page if this is a photo you have taken. Can you please confirm that? There is also some hesitation about the shooting date: is it 2 April 2006 OR February 2008?

The photo is under discussion to be the most valued image of Colima volcano here: [2]. Because of that, I have adjusted the color curves of that photo and uploaded an edited version here: [3], but we still need to confirm the actual author of the photo and the shooting date.

The author of the Colima Volcano pic would be me, Lee Lewis... taken February 9th, 2008 Nc tech3 (talk) 04:17, 27 December 2010 (UTC)Reply

Article Feedback deployment edit

Hey Nc tech3; I'm dropping you this note because you've used the article feedback tool in the last month or so. On Thursday and Friday the tool will be down for a major deployment; it should be up by Saturday, failing anything going wrong, and by Monday if something does :). Thanks, Okeyes (WMF) (talk) 22:43, 13 March 2013 (UTC)Reply

I am nc_tech3...I took the COLIMA VOLCANO picture on my Kodak 650 back in 2008. I was on my way back to san Diego when OI looked down and there it was! I assume its all copywritten with Wikipedia buy now. Let me know if I need to do anything else!...Lee (nc_tech3) — Preceding unsigned comment added by 192.31.106.36 (talk) 22:52, 14 April 2016 (UTC)Reply
