Hi Narvikvaren, I'm looking at doing your PeerReview. What I see in your sandbox looks great. Can you clarify which edits are yours? Looking forward to it!Chocolatecalorimetry (talk) 06:41, 14 November 2020 (UTC)Reply

Also just doing the peer review. Looking at some of your review articles of ER Stress, some of the figures in them show diagrams of potential pathways leading to Beta cell ER stress. If you don't already have a figure in mind I think a simplified diagram could be pretty valuable on this article. Just a thought. Calhobbs11 (talk) 04:03, 15 November 2020 (UTC) Thanks for the tip! I'll definitely do something like that!Reply

You're figure looks great! I think the details you have are first time user friendly. Also you seem to have all of the major hyperlinks done as well. I think a little more explaining can be done. For example I think including Quantitative PCR is really good but maybe explaining some of the findings or ways it affects the topic. For example what does the rate of XBP1 cleavage affect the pathology in ER Stress. You've got all the major hyperlinks as well as some that I wouldn't think wikipedia would have. Also I was a little confused BiP activation is a pathological response. Is it that unfolded insulin is needed to be folded correctly or other proteins? Anyway, I think it looks super interesting and I'm excited to see the final product in Wikipedia! This looks awesome! Really great. I did a peer review using the template: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Narvikvaren/Endoplasmic_reticulum_stress_in_beta_cells/Chocolatecalorimetry_Peer_Review. No huge comments. It really looks great. Chocolatecalorimetry (talk) 02:32, 9 December 2020 (UTC)Reply
