I like them. They make a lot of sense to me. I haven't formally stated such a detailed list but I think I may have been subconsciously using similar thinking myself. We mostly agree as well, where I was surprised was NYB and Sandstein (and to a lesser extent Bainer). I'm glad you found my row template useful.
