Request reason:

I'm a user from China whose access to wikipedia is limited by GFW. To access wikipedia, I have to use a proxy. That's WHY my IP is blocked. Here, I request a IP block exemption BECAUSE I want to retouch the wikipedia article of DPDA after having read some papers and books about automata theory.
