problems with Proximity Hotel

A good deal of this article is promotional. A detailed description of its green features and the interior furnishings is appropriate for its website, not an encyclopedia. Try to make this as concise as possible, without including the names of specific products. In addition, language talking about "our hotel" not "the hotel" is a sure indication, first, of promotional intent, and second, of possible copying from the web site. Even if you own the material and want to give us permission to use it, you must explicitly license the rights to the material according to GFDL, as explained in WP:COPYRIGHT and WP:Donating copyrighted materials, which gives everyone in the world an irrevocable license to reuse and alter the material. But I would not advise you to go to the trouble, as really the material needs total rewriting. For further information see our FAQ about businesses, other organisations, and articles like this. Speedy deletion nomination of File:ProximityHotel.jpg

A tag has been placed on File:ProximityHotel.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted images or text borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.
