Adminbot criteria

The fact that your adminbot criteria (i.e. point 2) are presently impossible (and at least one dev expressed explicit opposition to ever making it possible) is exactly the kind of problematic position that I feel encourages people to run adminbots in secret. Dragons flight 23:08, 10 May 2007 (UTC)

Well, I was a fan of rollback privileges and granularity of controls in general, so it shouldn't be a surprise that I'd support or require it for bots. We can trust (generally) the good intentions of a user to limit themselves to areas they know about. A bot has no such compunctions, especially when compromised. -- nae'blis 15:14, 2 June 2007 (UTC)
