Hello, Nadeem.badri. You have new messages at Abhishek191288's talk page.
You can remove this notice at any time by removing the {{Talkback}} or {{Tb}} template.

The changes made are correct Changes, we are updating the correct Logo and some minor Edits on the GoAir page.

I'm sorry you are wrong! GoAir is the airline and Go Airlines Pvt Ltd is the holding company for the airline. The article is about the airline, So I request you to kindly stop making the changes. You may go ahead and change the logo, but please do not change the name. Thanks, Abhishek Talk to me 11:08, 18 April 2011 (UTC)Reply
Apparently in your edits where you added the image, you had also changed the name of the airline which was wrong. So when I reverted your edits, the image you added was removed and the previous one restored. Feel free and go ahead and add the image you want to, but please do not change the name of the airline. Also please reply here on your talk itself to maintain continuity in the discussion. Cheers! Abhishek Talk to me 11:16, 18 April 2011 (UTC)Reply
Well how do you want me to change the name of the Airline. GoAir is wrong and Go Airlines (India) Ltd. Being the employee and part of the IT/Marketing Dept we would like to have it corrected.Nadeem.badri (talk) 11:31, 18 April 2011 (UTC)Reply
Well as I told you that Go Airlines is the holding company of the airline GoAir. Changing the name I believe will have to undergo some consensus. Please start a discussion on the name change at the talk page of the project. Regarding changing some text, it won't be deleted as long as it conforms to wikipedia's core policy of verifiability. Cheers! Abhishek Talk to me 13:36, 18 April 2011 (UTC)Reply
My friend, I work at a management position at GoAir, so trust i know what i am speaking. GoAir is just a brand name, the company is registered as Go Airlines (India) Ltd. and i am only making the changes that topmost Senior Management wants. look at the changes i have done, let me know if you find something inappropriate before undoing the whole lot. I'm sorry. I have reverted the additions again. In wikipedia, if an editor has disagreed and reverted your edits, you should not be reinstating the same. I have already explained to you above that GoAir is the name of the airline and Go Airlines Ltd is the holding company. The same is true for several airlines across the world. Air India is an airline which comes under a company called Air India Limited (formerly National Aviation Council of India Limited), Jet Airways' holding company is Jetairways Corporation Limited. So here an airline article is named after it's brand that you claim it to be and not after its holding company under which it is registered. Besides you cannot make edits in an article here as per your senior manager's will, it will be considered as a promotion of the airline and your account may be blocked from editing. There are certain guidelines that you have to follow while editing an airline article which are per longstanding editor consensus. Please go through the same here.
