Boing! said Zebedee, Neil H. Buchanan seems to be a public person. Would you agree that we'll need him to provide evidence via email (I expect an email from the university email address to WP:OTRS explaining that this is Prof. Buchanan will suffice; see WP:Impersonation for details)?

• @NHBuchananWikipedia: It's just been pointed out to me that your new name is also problematic as it contains "Wikipedia" and that is disallowed by WP:MISLEADNAME.
