This is a good start. The Renaming sections is really well done, especially the documentation. Slow dow, though and explain things more. What is the White League, for example. Don't be in such a rush to get to the next paragraph. You could also talk a bit about the Central Business District. Be careful not to write as if for a tourist brochure.
