I think that adding a section about diseases is a very good idea. The structure of your article is very clear and it is pleasant for our reading. The experiments of the articles you chose seem to be well summarized, in understandable words. Your sources are recent and that is great. I know that a wikipedia article is supposed to be comprehensible for everyone, but I think I would have briefly spoken about the techniques used (fMRI for Huntington for example), or just named the region of the brain affected (for parkinson for example).
