We reviewed and studied the format and content of other similar companies in our segment and decided that our content was appropriate. We would hope that Wikipedia would perform due diligence in reviewing our entry as a deletion would be unfair and negative. Please Google El Bravo Tamale Company and you will see that we are a company of note. We are the first truly organic Mexican foods company. Thanks for your consideration.
