I am an avid user of Wikipedia and due to my life's work, have contributed to a couple of the pages at my wife's insistence. Recently, a user and excellent editor, Charlie Inks, made reference to the Jimi Hendrix page where we contributed a paragraph about the Fashion. I am not sure how to contact Charlie Inks, but would like to email him or speak personally in order to share some very interesting conversations I've had with Jimi concerning his clothes, how they felt and looked were very important to him. We have a letter written to us from Jimi requesting some clothes which confirms this in his own handwriting. I think the letter would make a good contribution to the Fashion part Charlie seems interested which is "the man Jimi" and his own words about his fashion sense. Having made over seven or eight wardrobes for Jimi brought my attention to the clothes that were mentioned in the article, namely what we called, "Witch sleeves" (and that name came from Jimi). Clothes including those with "witch sleeves" were delivered to Jimi in New York just before his Life Magazine article <Life Magazine,Vol.67, No 14,October 3, 1969> (Inside Cover and pg 72-75) and later worn on "Jimi plays Berkely", concert 1970. Although our book, Threads of Rock n' Roll is still in editing, we hope to have it as a reference soon as it gets published.M Braun (talk) 19:01, 7 August 2012 (UTC)M BraunReply
