How to reference and write acceptable bio of a living professional(in prose)?

{{helpme}} Dear administrators and other experienced members I have tried to write an article (Bio) of one academician (professional) and the article was deleted for not meeting Wikipedia standards. I must confess that I am a novice in this field hence find all difficulties to understand exactly what I am supposed to do and how to do it. Born on 25.06.1954, Muhongo lived his youthful while embracing ethical values enshrined in his kinship- Waruri wa- Mbongo, that treasured hard work, patriotism, trustworthiness, justice and hospitality to others. 1.2 Education 1.2.1 Primary & Secondary Education As a pupil, Prof. Muhongo got his primary education through the Mennonite Primary Schools under energetic and smart teachers, Mwl. Mutaragara Chirangi, Mwl. Nashon Masau and Mwl.Wilson K. Saidi (Mtaita). He later continued to excel as one of the best student in academics at Mara Secondary School as well as in Usagara High School where he studied Physics, Chemistry & Maths. 1.2.2 Tertiary Education He got his Bachelor, Master and Ph.D Degrees both within and outside Tanzania as follows:- 1985-90: Technical University of Berlin, FRG Dr. rer. nat. 1983: Dept. of Geology, RMCA, Belgium Cert. Inborn Talents In their family homestead, at schools and in the society at large, apart from being acculturated into common societal roles such as in subsistence cultivation and fishing in lake Victoria, Muhongo was admired in his exemplary talents on the soccer pitches as a sturdy sweeper and at times as the Team Captain. Among the teams and clubs he played for are:- Equator Boys, Mennonite Primary School, Mara Secondary School, Mara Spurs - Musoma Urban, Oljoro National Service camp, Buhemba National Service camp (that became the Regional Champion) and in the Musoma Urban district Team. Unfortunately, he could not continue to sharpen his soccer talent as had to concentrate on his studies. 1.4 Personal Faith and Philosophical Motto Muhongo grew in a religious pluralistic family where Muslims and Christians respected each other as they joined in feasting together while enjoying their individual religious freedom. Affiliated to a Mennonite Faith (http://www.mennolink.org/doc/cof/summary.html), he believes on community peace making and services Muhongo traces his positive attitude towards work and people from his Mentors and Role Models namely, his Dad, the late Mzee Faru Muhongo, the late Mwl. Mutaragara Chirangi (Educational Secretary, Musoma Provincial C.C. M Chairperson) and the late Prof. Robert Shackleton (one of the best British Geologists of the 21st Century. Robert was the External Examiner of the University BSc. Geology exams that Muhongo took in 1977 at the University of Dar Es Salaam. The two remained close friends and the late Robert chose Muhongo to inherit all his incomplete work on the Geology of Africa.
