Speedy deletion of Institute for Music and Neurologic Function

edit

A tag has been placed on Institute for Music and Neurologic Function, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia per CSD G11.

Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not meet basic Wikipedia criteria may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as an appropriate article, and if you can indicate why the subject of this article is appropriate, you may contest the tagging. To do this, add {{hangon}} on the top of the article and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm its subject's notability under the guidelines.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion. To do this, add {{hangon}} on the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag) and leave a note on the page's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. Kim Dent-Brown (Talk to me) 14:48, 11 October 2007 (UTC)Reply

Image Copyright problem

Hi MusicHasPower!
We thank you for uploading Image:Tomaino.jpg, but there is a problem. Your image is currently missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously.   Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Moby. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include (but are not limited to) links to personal web sites, links to web sites with which you are affiliated, and links that attract visitors to a web site or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Since Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, external links do not alter search engine rankings. If you feel the link should be added to the article, please discuss it on the article's talk page rather than re-adding it. Any external links should relate to the whole article, not one aspect of it; adding a series of links to a wide variety of articles, all of which have the common root of promoting an organization is spamming. Please cease. You may consider the Institute for Music and Neurologic Function to be very important, but you should not be spamming it across wikipedia. WLU (talk) 20:57, 30 May 2008 (UTC)Reply

Please do not add copyrighted material to Wikipedia without permission from the copyright holder, as you did to Oliver Sacks. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.
