Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did in Maverick (pinball). Wikipedia is not a mere directory of links nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include (but are not limited to) links to personal web sites, links to web sites with which you are affiliated, and links that exist to attract visitors to a web site or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam policies for further explanations of links that are considered appropriate. If you feel the link should be added to the article, then please discuss it on the article's talk page rather than re-adding it. See the welcome page to learn more about Wikipedia. Thank you. -- Longhair\talk 07:54, 9 March 2008 (UTC)Reply

Thanks for taking the time to reply. It's generally not accepted to add external links to articles that add little or no value to the article itself. It's considered spamming. Wikipedia relies on contributions by way of article expansion. Your site is a valuable resource for pinball fans, that much I agree on, but I fail to see how adding it to every Pinball related article would not be considered linkspamming.
As for where to discuss this, your talk page, ie, right here, is probably the best location to ensure the communication remains visible to any interested parties. -- Longhair\talk 08:12, 9 March 2008 (UTC)Reply
