Thanks for the note. Your version of the article is certainly better than the one previously deleted, which was basically just someone posting their personal bad experience. However, your version also raises concerns. First, the references in the "Complaints" section, other than the BBB, are not considered reliable sources. Sites like ripoffreport and 800notes are informative, but unreliable. The posts are simply statements of opinion, with no fact checking or editorial control. Second, an article about a business needs to meet the notability threshold for organizations. Usually, this means that you have to be able to show the company has been the subject of significant coverage in secondary sources - business periodicals, magazine or news articles etc. I did a brief search to see if I could dig up some decent coverage, but I didn't see anything - which surprised me given the apparent controversy about this company. Google news is usually a good source to find online sources about business, but they had nothing.[1] Without these kind of sources, the article would likely be tagged for speedy deletion or put up for a deletion discussion.--Kubigula (talk) 04:14, 27 March 2009 (UTC)
