Who are you anyway? You have no personal page so I presume you're not an administrator, so what on earth gives you the right to dictate what is contributed to an entry?
I could ask the KHS old boys for a scan of it if any of them have them, but it's a printed book. Do you normally insist that scanned copies of printed books are available on the internet before allowing people to cite them? IndigoJo (talk) 01:46, 26 July 2009 (UTC)
