Deletion discussion about North Baddesley Infant School
editHello, Mr Liffee, and welcome to Wikipedia. I edit here too, under the username Eostrix, and I thank you for your contributions.
I wanted to let you know, however, that I've started a discussion about whether an article that you created, North Baddesley Infant School, should be deleted, as I am not sure that it is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia in its current form. Your comments are welcome at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/North Baddesley Infant School.
You might like to note that such discussions usually run for seven days and are not ballot-polls. And, our guide about effectively contributing to such discussions is worth a read. Last but not least, you are highly encouraged to continue improving the article; just be sure not to remove the tag about the deletion nomination from the top.
If you have any questions, please leave a comment here and prepend it with {{Re|Eostrix}}
. And, don't forget to sign your reply with ~~~~
. Thanks!

@Eostrix: It's notable as it's historic to the area, just look on the talk page for the article. Mr Liffee (talk) 16:58, 3 June 2020 (UTC)
- Look at WP:NSCHOOL and WP:SCHOOLOUTCOMES. Being found in the late 19th century is not unusual for schools in UK.--Eostrix (talk) 17:00, 3 June 2020 (UTC)
- @Eostrix: In the area it is in in Hampshire there are not too many historic buildings other than religious buildings. Mr Liffee (talk) 17:02, 3 June 2020 (UTC)
- This was founded in 1876. I don't see how this makes the building significant in the UK. You need sources asserting this significance.--Eostrix (talk) 17:05, 3 June 2020 (UTC)
- @Eostrix: Can you not delete it now as I have to do something but I will add some more sources and more information later today. Mr Liffee (talk) 17:08, 3 June 2020 (UTC)
- Unrelated note, I suggest you read Wikipedia:Indentation on how to indent your posts. As for deletion, I do not delete but opened a discussion. The discussion normally runs for a minimum of seven days and may be extended. So this is not immediate and you can make your case for retention at the discussion.--Eostrix (talk) 05:16, 4 June 2020 (UTC)

Sockpuppet investigation
editAn editor has opened an investigation into sockpuppetry by you. Sockpuppetry is the use of more than one Wikipedia account in a manner that contravenes community policy. The investigation is being held at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Mr Liffee, where the editor who opened the investigation has presented their evidence. Please make sure you make yourself familiar with the guide to responding to investigations, and then feel free to offer your own evidence or to submit comments that you wish to be considered by the Wikipedia administrator who decides the result of the investigation. If you have been using multiple accounts (in a manner contrary to Wikipedia policy), please go to the investigation page and verify that now. Leniency is usually shown to those who promise not to do so again, or who did so unwittingly, but the abuse of multiple accounts is taken very seriously by the Wikipedia community.

The file File:Lowres-nbislogo-onsign.png has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
low quality and unused
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated files}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the file's talk page.
Please consider addressing the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated files}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and files for discussion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Ixfd64 (talk) 20:58, 22 July 2021 (UTC)
