This is phenomenal! I really like how you give an overview of the mechanism of action in the physiology section, but then how you break it down into the four subsections. It was all clear and well written. Dr. Woodbury said our pages need to be suitable for both general users and for those looking to understand a topic in detail, and I think you accomplished this nicely.
I do have one question: Is this going into the "Tetanus" main page I take it, into the "Pathophysiology" section of the main page? Or do you have somewhere else in mind for it? I think it would fit great there, but I'm sure there are plenty of places where it would fit well.
The only recommendations I have are probably things you already know. I would proof read it once more for grammar. I think there were a place or two where a word was missing, such as the first sentence, "... presynaptic membrane of the neuromuscular junction..." Make sure to site your sources. And lastly, the instructions say to include a minimum of 1 figure or scheme to add to the site. Perhaps you could add a diagram that demonstrates part of the mechanism of action, or even just a picture of the neurotoxin's structure or something. Hey there, really great job. I think you are contributing a lot of helpful information to the tetanus wikipedia page. I had two thoughts. Firstly, maybe just do a final check for grammar and format. You may want to move some of those last few paragraphs together, etc. Secondly, make sure to cite sources to support all of the information you're adding. You will probably want to go through and make sure any claims you make are directly cited, and have an attachment to the footnotes. Look forward to seeing the finished product!
