Your edits to Ogaden National Liberation Front appear to eliminate content sourced to reliable third parties, as well as introduce some inferior sentence structure. Partisan reasoning is allowed on wikipedia, as long as it is clear that a contested issue is being presented and it is sourced to third parties. Please present alternative points with sourcing in the text to points you feel need rebuttal and bring any issues requiring wholesale removal or sweeping rewording to the talk page with your rationale. That page attracts some heated editors. Your edits have been reverted. - BanyanTree 05:33, 18 September 2007 (UTC)
- As BanyanTree has already requested, please discuss your changes at Talk:Ogaden National Liberation Front. Thanks, -- Gyrofrog (talk) 19:12, 19 September 2007 (UTC)
- I have little, if any, involvement in creating the ONLF article. Once again if you feel the article needs improvement then it's best to discuss it on the article's talk page. If you feel that the article doesn't use reliable sources, that's one thing, but you've replaced it with text that does not cite any sources at all (e.g., [1]). Furthermore, in the course of your most recent edits, you broke the the formatting of the remaining text. Finally, I am not pro-TPLF and for that matter I can't say I have much love for any current governments, for whatever that's worth. Thanks, -- Gyrofrog (talk) 00:40, 20 September 2007 (UTC)
- If you aren't sure how to go about it, then all the better that you address your concerns at Talk:Ogaden National Liberation Front, that way others who are keeping up with the article can see your concerns. Thanks, -- Gyrofrog (talk) 00:50, 20 September 2007 (UTC)

You really aren't going to even attempt a discussion, are you? In that case, you are informed that any further problematic edits you make to the article, including but not limited to removing sourced material, will result in this account being temporarily blocked. Repeating such edits will result in extended blocks and similar edits made from other accounts or IP addresses will be assumed to be your sockpuppets and treated accordingly. Thank you, BanyanTree 00:19, 24 September 2007 (UTC)
Your recent edits
editHi, there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. On many keyboards, the tilde is entered by holding the Shift key, and pressing the key with the tilde pictured. You may also click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot 09:55, 24 September 2007 (UTC)

editI've already explained, I have had very little involvement in writing the Ogaden National Liberation Front article. If I see that someone deletes text with attributions then I will restore that text (example: [2]). That is the extent of my editing. Please check the article's edit history, where you can see exactly who has done what, before making similar accusations in the future. In fact, since the last time you left me comments, I have made exactly one edit to the article (see link), and this was an attempt at least a more neutral wording. However you left a rant on my talk page similar to those you had posted in earlier discussions. Again, the best place for this discussion is Talk:Ogaden National Liberation Front because I am not the person who created the article as you see it today. I'll also ask that you lay off the "TPLF supporter" accusations. I will consider any further messages to that effect as personal attacks. Thank you. -- Gyrofrog (talk) 16:26, 7 October 2007 (UTC)
- P.S. Why don't you read Talk:Ogaden National Liberation Front and see what I wrote about not labeling the ONLF as a terrorist organization? -- Gyrofrog (talk) 16:33, 7 October 2007 (UTC)
