Your username edit

Welcome to Wikipedia. I saw that you edited or created Miroslav Tadić (musician), and I noticed that your username, "Miroslav Tadic", may not comply with our username policy. Please note that you may not use a username that represents the name of a company, group, organization, product, or website. Examples of usernames that are not allowed include "XYZ Company", "MyWidgetsUSA.com", and "Trammel Museum of Art". However, you are invited to use a username that contains such a name if it identifies you personally, such as "Mark at WidgetsUSA", "Jack Smith at the XY Foundation", and "WidgetFan87".

Please also note that Wikipedia does not allow accounts to be shared by multiple people, and that you may not advocate for or promote any company, group, organization, product, or website, regardless of your username. Moreover, I recommend that you read our conflict of interest guideline. If you are a single individual and are willing to contribute to Wikipedia in an unbiased manner, please create a new account or request a username change that complies with our username policy. If you believe that your username does not violate our policy, please leave a note here explaining why. Thank you. Hoops gza (talk) 08:15, 26 November 2014 (UTC)Reply

Are you actually Miroslav Tadic? If so please let me or the Foundation know; you should in that event not edit the article about yourself. If you are doing this on his behalf please cease and desist as your continued editing is in violation of our our username and conflict of interest policies. If there is no response to this in a day or two we will block the account indefinitely as a precaution against possible impersonation. Daniel Case (talk) 06:07, 28 November 2014 (UTC)Reply

Yes, I am Miroslav Tadic and I will not edit the article anymore. I am new to this and did not realize this was a conflict. The edits I made were strictly factual and verifiable and corrected the information that was inaccurate or incomplete - that was the only reason I wanted to edit it. I also wanted to expand the article with more useful factual information but I have now understood your policy and will leave that to some other objective contributor who is knowledgeable about my work. Thank you for your understanding. Miroslav Tadic (talk) 09:30, 28 November 2014 (UTC)Reply
