Regarding edits to Electrico

edit

Thank you for contributing to Wikipedia, Minlilin! However, your edit here was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove spam from Wikipedia. If you were trying to insert a good link, please accept my creator's apologies, but note that the link you added, matching rule \bvids\.myspace\.com\b, is on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia. Please read Wikipedia's external links policy for more information. If the link was to an image, please read Wikipedia's image tutorial on how to use a more appropriate method to insert the image into an article. If your link was intended to promote a site you own, are affiliated with, or will make money from inclusion in Wikipedia, please note that inserting spam into Wikipedia is against policy. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Thanks! Shadowbot 04:19, 7 April 2007 (UTC)Reply

Please stop adding inappropriate links to Wikipedia. It is considered spamming and will be removed. Thanks. Shadowbot 04:31, 7 April 2007 (UTC)Reply

Please stop spamming Wikipedia. If you continue, you will be blocked from editing. Shadowbot 05:07, 7 April 2007 (UTC)Reply

You continue to include POV content in this article and should not keep reverting - please stop. Discuss it on the talk page if you have any reason for thinking that content should be included. violet/riga (t) 11:08, 1 September 2007 (UTC)Reply
You need to stop edit warring and discuss this on the talk page. violet/riga (t) 11:26, 2 September 2007 (UTC)Reply

As noted above, your edits at Electrico are considered controversial. Please discuss any future edits of that article at the talk page before making them. Continuing to blindly revert without discussion may call into question whether your edits are good faith or disruptive. —C.Fred (talk) 15:35, 2 September 2007 (UTC)Reply

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 24 hours in accordance with Wikipedia's blocking policy for continued disruptive edits to Electrico. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make constructive contributions. If you believe this block is unjustified, you may contest the block by adding the text {{unblock|your reason here}} below.

Continued edits

edit

You are still changing the article in ways that go against our Manual of Style, but thank you for cutting back on the biased content. So you know for the future we don't capitalise anything but the first word in section headings and it is best to avoid "x are playing at y" content because it looks like advertising. violet/riga (t) 08:20, 25 October 2007 (UTC)Reply

Fine, you've been banned from editing. You simply won't discuss this and continue to revert, including advertising details on Electrico and ignoring other's edits. You can of course appeal this, but that will require you to talk. violet/riga (t) 16:51, 26 October 2007 (UTC)Reply

  When adding links to material on an external site, as you did to Electrico, please ensure that the external site is not violating the creator's copyright. Linking to websites that display copyrighted works is acceptable as long as the website's operator has created or licensed the work. Knowingly directing others to a site that violates copyright may be considered contributory infringement. This is particularly relevant when linking to sites such as YouTube, where due care should be taken to avoid linking to material that violates its creator's copyright. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously, and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.
If you believe the linked site is not violating copyright with respect to the material, then you should do one of the following:

  • If the linked site is the copyright holder, leave a message explaining the details on the article Talk page;
  • If a note on the linked site credibly claims permission to host the material, or a note on the copyright holder's site grants such permission, leave a note on the article Talk page with a link to where we can find that note;
  • If you are the copyright holder or the external site administrator, adjust the linked site to indicate permission as above and leave a note on the article Talk page;

If the material is available on a different site that satisfies one of the above conditions, link to that site instead. I'm afraid that lyricwiki is a notorious copyright violator, and it can only be linked from articles on Wikipedia if it can be verified that these lyrics are free for use.   Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, adding content without citing a reliable source, as you did to Again (Yui song), is not consistent with our policy of verifiability. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. If you are familiar with Wikipedia:Citing sources, please take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. Please stop adding unsourced information to "Again". If you cannot provide a source to support your claim then DO NOT add it. MS (Talk|Contributions) 13:21, 29 July 2009 (UTC)Reply

  Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute to the encyclopedia, but when you add content (particularly if you change facts and figures) , as you have to the article Ichibu to Zenbu/Dive, please cite a reliable source for the content you're adding or changing. This helps maintain our policy of verifiability. Take a look at Wikipedia:Citing sources for information about how to cite sources and the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you.   Please do not add content without citing verifiable and reliable sources, as you did to All the Best! 1999-2009. Before making any potentially controversial edits, it is recommended that you discuss them first on the article's talk page. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. MS (Talk|Contributions) 20:49, 10 November 2009 (UTC)Reply

ArbCom elections are now open!

edit

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
