Thanks for creating your page that explains how the Sidebar really works. It is very helpful. One of the things I would like to know is how to add tooltip messages for new entries added to Navigation for other areas of the Sidebar. For example on our TNG Wiki I would like to add a tooltip for the MediaWiki ConfirmAccount Extension option to request an account which is in the sidebar as Special:RequestAccount|Register and for the TNG Guides.
