External link removal edit

Why have you removed an external link I added to the 'Have I Been Pwned?' wiki page? It is a valid link and uses Troy Hunts API so I have deemed it a secondary site or sister site. It is not a scam site, I have already tested it out using an email address I had compromised in a breach.

If you continue to remove the link I will report you! Genzparez (talk) 23:49, 18 March 2016 (UTC)Reply

@Genzparez: Sorry, I reverted the wrong edit there. My bad. Mikarga (talk) 00:00, 19 March 2016 (UTC)Reply
@Mikarga: Ahh ok I shall let you off then. Peace.
@Mikarga: I had a look at the edits. Seems like what you did was correct. WP:EL only recommends the official links in an article. --Lemongirl942 (talk) 12:16, 19 March 2016 (UTC)Reply

A belated welcome! edit

Sorry for the belated welcome, but the cookies are still warm!

Here's wishing you a belated welcome to Wikipedia, Mikarga. I see that you've already been around a while and wanted to thank you for your contributions. Though you seem to have been successful in finding your way around, you may benefit from following some of the links below, which help editors get the most out of Wikipedia:

Also, when you post on talk pages you should sign your name using four tildes (~~~~); that should automatically produce your username and the date after your post.

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! If you have any questions, feel free to leave me a message on my talk page, consult Wikipedia:Questions, or place {{helpme}} on your talk page and ask your question there.

Again, welcome! -- The Voidwalker Discuss 00:31, 19 March 2016 (UTC)Reply
I would also suggest, based off your recent edits, that you take a look at Twinkle. It is a tool that is useful when dealing with vandal edits, such as the ones you have recently been involved with. Also, it can be used to revert an article to a specific revision, such as was done in this edit. See you around! -- The Voidwalker Discuss

@The Voidwalker: Thanks for the welcome, and I will definitely look into using Twinkle. (Although only auto-confirmed users have access to it). Mikarga (talk)   00:44, 19 March 2016 (UTC)Reply

No problem, good luck!   -- The Voidwalker Discuss 00:48, 19 March 2016 (UTC)Reply

March 2016 edit

I undid both of your edits to Gifford High School. The alumnus you removed is apparently notable, and has his own wikiarticle in which the statement that he attended the school is sourced. There is no reason to remove this entry. Similarly, the reference you removed form the table is perfectly valid. There is no reason to remove it, and every reason to keep it. It is certainly not unencyclopedic to provide a source for the list of past headmasters. Meters (talk) 22:36, 19 March 2016 (UTC)Reply
