Please do not post copyrighted material to Wikipedia without permission from the copyright holder, as you did to Diamond grading. DCLA

Hi, I saw your message on my talk page. There are a few policies you need to be aware of. First is Wikipedia's conflict of interest policy. In a nutshell, editors are very strongly discouraged from creating or editing articles about themselves and other subjects close to them, such as their businesses. If your lab is sufficiently notable for inclusion in Wikipedia, someone else will write an article about it eventually.

Second, in order to post text copied from elsewhere, you have to both demonstrate that you are the owner and release the text under the GFDL. This means that others can edit it without limits. You cannot control the text once it released or the article once it is posted. If you want to do this, the easiest way is to include a notice on your lab's website that the contents of the website are licensed pursuant to the GNU Free Documentation License. If you then use that text in an article, you should note on the article's talk page that the use is permitted and give a link to the notice on the website.

Finally, anytime you add a comment to an article talk page or user talk page, you should be sure to sign your name by using four tildes (~~~~). This will create a link that people can use to get to your user and user talk pages, and it will also timestamp your comment.

Clarification

Duplicate images uploaded

Thanks for uploading Image:DCLA cibjocert.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

• (Cross-posted to article talk) It's not a matter of resubmitting the content in a new format, and I would have hoped that after it had been deleted four different times this would have dawned upon you. The article has and has continued to violate a number of manual of style issues, and this is not withstanding that the entity as documented does not meet Wikipedia's criteria for companies and organisations. The article has in all iterations been poorly written, lacks reliable sources, smells of original research, and because you are a private company none of the information is verifiable. If you can demonstrate otherwise to a manner that meets Wikipedia's criteria, I would strongly encourage you to participate in the current AfD discussion. Otherwise, it would be better for you to simply accept that you have a conflict of interest and not create articles of this nature. Thewinchester ^(talk) 01:59, 12 June 2007 (UTC)
