Changing the subject a bit, this message will turn your Talk page into a blue link. Perhaps you could put a sentence or two about your interests on your User page - your brother has done so on his - and that will also turn the link from red to blue.
Plus, if you don't mind my mentioning this: when you put a message on someone's (e.g. my) Talk page, do sign your post at the end by clicking the "signature and timestamp" icon (it looks like a blue pencil starting to write something beginning with f, fifth from the left above the edit box), and that will add your sig and the date/time. Click the "Show preview" button down below to see if it all looks OK. If not, you can keep editing the text and previewing until it looks OK, then click the Save button.
