- Hi Mgaines. I looked through the deleted image's history, and this was your edit summary on the upload: "(Joe Carr took the picture, this scan is from the actual photograph. Permission to use the photo for non-commercial educational purposes.)" Non-commercial is not an acceptable license for Wikipedia. We need to license under WP:GFDL or something less restrictive.
