Wikipedia before this class

Before taking this course, I used Wikipedia whenever it was the first choice after a Google search. I also occasionally went to the site out of curiosity, when I heard a name of a person or a place that I wasn't familiar with that I wanted to know some basic knowledge about. What others probably think

I would imagine that other editors of Wikipedia view me as a "rookie." I have not made very many contributions thus far. Even though I have not been a contributor for very long, I could have done a lot more. I do not focus on a wide variety of topics; most of my contributions have to do with music. Editors could either see this as I am too narrow in my contributions or that I must care a lot and/or know a good bit about music, so I don't know if this is a good or bad thing.
