Duplicate article

edit

Hi I see that last year you created two new articles at more or less the same time. One is called Lists of Presidents of the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology and the other is Lists of Presidents of École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne. They contain the same information and are effectively duplicates. I'm planning to merge them unless there is some reason why both articles need to remain as they are? Many thanks Mccapra (talk) 18:04, 16 October 2018 (UTC)Reply

Hi, this is a really good question - I had forgotten about this. The title of the first page is incorrect (there are 2 Swiss Federal Institutes of Technology, and these pages have information about one of them. The page should have been renamed instead of a new page created). So they should be merged indeed. Sorry about this. (BTW: the page names use the word "lists" in plural form; I don't really know why - it should likely be a singular instead). Thank you ! Mediacom EPFL (talk) 18:21, 16 October 2018 (UTC)Reply
No worries. I've redirected one article to the other now. All the bestMccapra (talk) 11:27, 17 October 2018 (UTC)Reply
