Pervasive Software

edit

Hi, I just reverted your edits to Pervasive Software. I did this because your edits appeared to be promotional (violating our neutral point of view policy) and you noted in an edit summary "change per client instructions", which is a strong clue that you may have a conflict of interest with the article (and should thus read our conflict of interest guideline). You may also want to read Wikipedia:Business' FAQ. Please do not revert to the promotional version without responding here. Thanks, Nihiltres(t.l) 19:18, 19 September 2007 (UTC)Reply

Hi,

I just re-added the info about Pervasive and their main products. I've been a Pervasive tool user for three years, and before that worked for Data Junction\Pervasive for nine years. I programmed some of the software and wrote a lot of the documentation and did tech support, so I know the software from the technical side. A friend in their marketing department couldn't understand why the copy they wanted to add wasn't okay. I had them send me the copy. I took out all the marketing fluff and left the basic technical specs, and uploaded the info. Hope that works.
