MIGs article

edit

Hi, I know that I changed what you had added quite a bit, but unfortunately it had to be done to keep it within guidelines and I also added the refs section for the two books with the ISBN etc. I have added a notes section in advance, so that any sources will appear in there if/when a source is added. The Millwall incident in 1985 for instance is referenced in some articles as I recently started to edit the England secion on the Football hooliganism article and I had to search for sources for that incident for that article. So there is a source on there that can be used. Have fun. ♦Tangerines♦·Talk 03:19, 28 July 2007 (UTC)Reply

No problem, happy to help out. To be honest I think we might just about stay up and surprise a few people, but we won't be winning 10 on the bounce again. And, cough cough, there used to be a Blackpool fanzine called "Its not orange its tangerine!" Good luck this season, Luton should do ok and be in at least the Play Offs.♦Tangerines♦·Talk 03:26, 28 July 2007 (UTC)Reply

Hi, further to your edit this afternoon, I have removed "This is supported by evidence given by MIG members, as well as by the complete overrunning of the MIGs in their own town." and re-inserted the fact tag. Citation is not just adding a general sentence about something, it needs proper citation, a reliable and verifiable source. Have a look at Wikipedia:Citing sources and Wikipedia:Verifiability for advice on how to cite sources. The fact tag is there to help so that information is not simply removed, as other users can see that the information is needed.♦Tangerines♦·Talk 15:01, 28 July 2007 (UTC)Reply
