So I read over the mechanism section for the ketosis article and I think that for the most part it is good. My one major suggestion would be to include more information on how ketone bodies are broken down to be used for fuel. Otherwise, I think that the sources and the material covered are good. As for other suggestions, in paragraph 4, I think it would be more accurate to say that acetyl-CoA enters TCA instead of undergoes TCA. Also I think that there are some segments that seem a bit informal. For instance when you state: "Another option here is acetoacetate can spontaneously degrade to acetone and carbon dioxide", it comes across as a bit too informal.
