Why it's a bit different

I moved the page into your userspace so we can use this as the talk page. (For the record, User talk: is generally for archiving talk pages, User: is generally for writing new articles or starting projects in userspace, which I do a lot.) I made the move to be more consistent with what we normally have. I made a userbox for this project and added it to the page. It's in my userspace for now, but when this is launched to mainspace I'll move it to template space like other project ubx. White Arabian Filly ^Neigh 23:24, 19 December 2016 (UTC)

This should be a task force, such as the horse breeding or horse training task forces at WikiProject Equine. We could also create one for, say, Steeplechasing or Quarter Horse racing, and so on. The Wikiprojects are supposed to be broad-based, not a club for a small group of users; the horse racing project is already very small, we don't want to Balkanize it further.
