Re Welcome for William Tennant

Hey Markdepp. Yes, I did welcome William Tennant because he showed up on my list of new accounts. I added the welcome message without checking his edits, and have now been looking at the contribs for him. Holy crap Batman, what a mess! Clearly you were right to bring him down.
