Communication channels
editHi Dr. Jacobson. I haven't familiarized myself with the past discussions that led to your block, but I just wanted to let you know about the channels that are open if you wish to use them.
- You can email the volunteer response team, using the instructions here: Wikipedia:Contact us/Article subjects
- If you wish to appeal your block, you can do so at Wikipedia:Unblock Ticket Request System
A word to the wise: In general the culture at Wikipedia is to comment on the content, not on the contributor. If you can commit to doing this, i.e. to simply say that article X contains factual error Y and not accuse other editors of bias or ill-intent, that will be very helpful.
