Reasons for the changes I suggested:
From the MoS: "In general, use a comma to delimit numbers with five or more digits to the left of the decimal point. Numbers with four digits are at the editor's discretion: 12,345, but either 1,000 or 1000." - All the numbers I changed had 4 digits, consistently with what is required in the MoS. - the use of comma as a thousands separator disturbs readability for a vast fraction of the worldwide population.
From the MoS: "Context determines whether the 12- or 24-hour clock is used." - 24-hour clock is the standard usage in military context in Canada, appropriate for the context of this text (especially since high-precision time stamps are used). - Following the MoS, the date currently in the infobox is incorrectly formatted, and inconsistent with the rest of the article. - 12-hour clock disturbs readability for a vast fraction of the worldwide population.
