If you are going to include a photograph, make sure that there are no issues about its availability. In this case an official government photograph which can be sourced on-line would be the best choice as it would be in the public domain. If you are putting up yourself, you must hold all rights to it and be willing to give them away, or you must submit sufficient evidence that the rights-holder has licensed them under a GNU or Creative Commons license.

Of course, be sure to include in-line citations for all statements, within reason.
