Celtic FC logo.png removed from your user page edit

An image or media file, Image:Celtic FC logo.png, has been removed from your userpage or user talk page because it was licensed as fair use. Wikipedia's fair use policy states that fair use images should only be used in the article namespace. As a result, although users are often given a great amount of latitude in the type of content that is allowed on their user pages, it is requested that you abide by this policy. Feel free, however, to add images and media files licensed under other terms. For more information, see Wikipedia's fair use policy and an accompanying essay on the removal of fair use images. Thank you for your cooperation.

And there were other fair use images. They have all been removed. joturner 04:17, 17 June 2006 (UTC)Reply

Hi. Sorry to intrude, but it is true that unfree content cannot be used to decorate your userspace. Please see Wikipedia:Fair use for more information on how Wikipedia handles unfree content. Thanks for understanding. Jkelly 19:07, 17 June 2006 (UTC)Reply

Famous Celtic Lineups edit

Sorry, but I have nominated this article you created for deletion, as I feel it is just not suitable for Wikipedia. In my opinion, it is inherently POV - that is, completely subjective as to how you would judge what is "famous" (eg. "typical lineup from the 80s"), and under the policy WP:Fancruft, that is, information only of interest to fans. You can put your vote/comment at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Famous Celtic Lineups. Camillus (talk) 10:48, 4 September 2006 (UTC)Reply

Image:Irn-Bru logo.jpg edit

Hello, Magicz. An automated process has found and removed an image or media file tagged as nonfree media, and thus is being used under fair use that was in your userspace. The image (Image:Irn-Bru logo.jpg) was found at the following location: User:Magicz. This image or media was attempted to be removed per criterion number 9 of our non-free content policy. The image or media was replaced with Image:NonFreeImageRemoved.svg , so your formatting of your userpage should be fine. Please find a free image or media to replace it with, and or remove the image from your userspace. User:Gnome (Bot)-talk 09:27, 16 May 2007 (UTC)Reply
