Re:AfD

I simply pointed out that I nominated Treacherous (song) for deletion not because it didnt chart but because notability aside per the guidelines it fails to qualify for an independent article. Your comments at the AfD almost ignore the second half of WP:NSONGS guideline. In no way was this uncivil or condescending. If anything I agree that it has charted but the guideline for notability hinges on more than just a song charting on significant national charts. My comment was asking you to address the concern with the second half of the guideline about independent and significant coverage. I believe that is warranted within AfD after all its a discussion about deletion not a straw vote. I'm sorry if you felt that my comment was inappropriate, that wasn't the intention. I would still ask you to consider addressing the reasons as to why it was nominated in the first place. — Lil_niquℇ 1 [talk] 14:00, 2 January 2013 (UTC)

Your first sentence in your comment was very helpful, it spoke specifically to guidelines, made your argument and was focused on the discussion at hand. If you're going to vote against an AfD at least make sure you understand the reasons as to why something was nominated in the first place was focused on me, not the article, and came off very condescending. That may not have been your intention but that's the way I read it.--RadioFan (talk) 14:15, 2 January 2013 (UTC)

Fast + Epp

Hello RadioFan, thanks for the comments. I am sorry if I did leave any bias in the article, Fast + Epp, but as far as I can see, I wrote merely facts. What do you propose to the expansion of the article as its information seems relatively small? Thanks again JoJaEpp (talk) 03:27, 22 January 2013 (UTC)

What is your connection with this company? --RadioFan (talk) 14:09, 22 January 2013 (UTC)
Is it necessary to know, as the only problem with the article is that it needs more information? If you are wondering about the verity of the company, simply search google. JoJaEpp (talk) 21:47, 23 January 2013 (UTC)

Photo of Frances E Willard permission to use

Hello RadioFan, I am writing to ask if I can use the good photo you have posted on Commons for our League of Women Voters of Illinois Web site. This is your photo I am referring to: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Frances_Willard.JPG We are a non-profit, obviously I suppose, and I will attribute the photo to you as RadioFan or whatever designation you specify. Thanks, IndiaCate (talk) 14:03, 24 January 2013 (UTC)Cate Whitcomb

You have permission to use the photo however you like. No designation is necessary. This statue is part of the The National Statuary Hall Collection in the United States Capitol building. The statue represents Illinois well. You may also be interested in the Architect of the Capitol's website which has an additional photo and some background: http://www.aoc.gov/capitol-hill/national-statuary-hall-collection/frances-e-willard--RadioFan (talk) 14:28, 24 January 2013 (UTC)

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that you've added some links pointing to disambiguation pages. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.
