To Acroterion and Seb az az86556 - I am sorry but I have been trying to see how I am introducing inappropriate pages to Wikipedia. I have read the articles you (and Seb az86556) have pointed to but cannot see what I have introduced that contravenes policies. Can you please be more specific specifying which content in the article is inappropriate?

This has now twice been deleted as "not notable"-- basically, it seems like one event that took place over a weekend. That in itself does not constitute notability as such events are held worldwide on a daily basis. If you can show that this is something that is lasting and has some wider impact, that'd be good. Thanks for the feedback Seb az86556. I have been trying to get to that although people keep deleting the page irrespective of the fact that it is marked for deletion at the end of the week. At this point, Slide2Learn has gone through a period of growth that has taken it from being an organisation of 7 teachers who ran a conference over 2 days to a community of over 200 teachers around the world all interested in the use of iPod touches, iPhones and iPads in education to improve learning outcomes. Two events for 2011 are already in the beginning stages of organisation. (We're still trying to get over the last one.) Most of the 'hyperlinkable' references to Slide2Learn are blogs though which are not considered good enough sources for Wikipedia so I am trying to work out how to verify the content.

Also, I have to contend with the fact that someone has decided that I am a sockpuppet or Travellingdeon. cheers Maccka (talk) 05:28, 18 July 2010 (UTC)Reply

Yeah, the sockpupper-thing was quite obvious to me at the beginning, but I'll remove it now. Choyoołʼįįhí:Seb az86556 > haneʼ 05:44, 18 July 2010 (UTC)Reply
