Regardless, you do not remove speedy deletion templates; you add {{hangon}} and an administrator will review the article's merits before either agreeing with the speedy for deletion or upholding the article's merits. However, in this case, your article fails to pass Wikipedia:Notability (people), as the subject of the article has not received significant coverage from reliable, verifiable secondary sources. Furthermore, writing about one of your band members is a conflict of interest, and you are strongly recommended not to write about the subject in question. In a nutshell, unless you can satisfy the notability guideline, then this article will be deleted.
