Hi, I saw your page at Constantine (video game). Please note that "placeholder" entries are generally frowned upon. If you would like to contribute, I suggest reading over Wikipedia:Your first article to get to grips with the normal procedure. If you've any questions, please leave a note on my talk page =). Lankiveil (talk) 09:20, 31 December 2007 (UTC).Reply

To build upon what Lankiveil said, I would recommend that you create a subpage (something like User:MKguy42192/testpage) to work on articles you're writing, before actually creating them. Cheers, faithless (speak) 09:29, 31 December 2007 (UTC)Reply
I'm not really sure what brought this on. I was trying to be friendly and to help you out. If you don't appreciate that, fine. But do not insult other editors, or you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. faithless (speak) 09:43, 31 December 2007 (UTC)Reply
I realize you're new here, which is exactly why I was trying to be helpful and give you advice. As for not knowing you were being harsh, when is calling someone a jackass ever acceptable? You might want to take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to Wikipedia. faithless (speak) 09:53, 31 December 2007 (UTC)Reply
Don't worry about it, we all make mistakes, especially when we're new. Good luck. faithless (speak) 09:59, 31 December 2007 (UTC)Reply

Well I wouldn't say all that. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions as you learn your way around. faithless (speak) 10:04, 31 December 2007 (UTC)Reply

Constantine (video game)

Looks pretty good now. I was only concerned because when I tagged the article it was empty of any actual content. Pages like that tend to get deleted fairly quickly. What you've got there now looks like an excellent start for an article though! Lankiveil (talk) 09:32, 1 January 2008 (UTC)Reply

Hi MKguy, I didn't get chance to say hello earlier. I'll be glad to help contribute towards the Constantine article. I've not played the game, but I'm quite good a citing sources, etc. Don't forget to say hello at Wikipedia:WikiProject Video games! Marasmusine (talk) 20:13, 1 January 2008 (UTC)Reply

Hello, welcome back. How come you've got a administrator wikibox on your userpage? Marasmusine (talk) 08:42, 6 April 2008 (UTC)Reply

Adopt me

edit

Great move - putting up the adopt me box. Whilst I don't adopt in the strictest sense due to real life work commitments I am more than willing to help you with specific things, and I have been honoured to take a few editors under my wing over the years. I have put you up on my watchlist so as to see your efforts and if you like I can come and comment and give suggestions from time to time. Additionally please come to me any time to ask any question and where possible I will be happy to answer/assist/advise. Indeed my first suggestion to you is to be bold and edit in the areas of music, games etc that are your interest - that way you will be noticed specifically by senior editors in those areas. Adoption

I would like to offer to adopt you. Million_Moments (talk) 12:23, 22 September 2008 (UTC)Reply

Well first of all I'm a bit of an expert in Non-free content and fair use rationales, being active in both uploaded non-free media and tagging those images that don't qualify for deletion. I'm also involved in adding references to make sure articles are notable, creating redirects, reviewing Good Article Candidates (which means I know how to write one as well!) and writing plot summaries for books/movies/episodes ect. Million_Moments (talk) 07:40, 4 October 2008 (UTC)Reply
Ok, well how I like to work this is just leave me messages whenever you need help with anything. If I can't help you I probably know somebody who can! Million_Moments (talk) 06:55, 6 October 2008 (UTC)Reply

Just checking in, how is it going? Million_Moments (talk) 18:39, 21 October 2008 (UTC)Reply
