Hi Robert. Lets get started. 665177MGMT (talk) 03:38, 2 September 2015 (UTC) As discussed, our page on Presenteeism will follow this structure: 1) Definition (Concept) 2) History 3) Causes (Antecedents) 4) Consequences 5) Measurement of presenteeism and its impact on productivity 6) Implications for practice 7) Future directions and research 665177MGMT (talk) 03:38, 2 September 2015 (UTC) I have worked in Part 4) Consequences and moved to Part 1&2: Definition + History 665177MGMT (talk) 03:38, 2 September 2015 (UTC)

Sounds good, glad you started the talk page! As we discussed in class, I will be looking at part 3 Causes (Antecedents) first and then the others 722301MGMT (talk) 12:41, 2 September 2015 (UTC)Reply

I'll send you some articles that I have found 665177MGMT (talk) 03:39, 2 September 2015 (UTC)

Thanks for the articles, sorry I haven't posted anything yet on the content page. 722301MGMT (talk) 01:25, 5 September 2015 (UTC)Reply

I completed three parts: Definition+History+Consequences. I edited almost the content of these parts. The total words is just around 1,100. I guess 4 other sections are around 2,000 words. The total is about 3,000 words. It needs 1.000 words more to reach the requested minimum amount of words 4,000. Should we make each part longer to reach the required amount but the content is redundant or wordy or we have better make it concise? 665177MGMT (talk) 09:13, 6 September 2015 (UTC)

Don't worry about the word count, I think that the length of the page is ok with what we have. We will each have added about 1,000 words of content at least, plus the old parts that we can save. Plus, as you say, no need to make it wordy as long as we cover the material that is required. 722301MGMT (talk) 04:48, 20 September 2015 (UTC)Reply

Hi Robert, I'll send you my work for your review. As discussed, you can send me yours, so we can do review and edit each other's work. I will incorporate some diagrams into the page as well since I see them useful in making readers understand more about the points I wanna make 665177MGMT (talk) 03:47, 19 September 2015 (UTC)665177MGMT (talk) 11:51, 24 September 2015 (UTC)Reply

Mai, thanks for reviewing my work. From this point forward if we make any revisions let's just do them on the page since we will be posting throughout the day and it's easier this way. Your modifications look very good! 722301MGMT (talk) 13:04, 24 September 2015 (UTC)Reply
