Mensaje de un wikipedista norteamericano edit

¡Saludos, compañero de Wikipedia! I'm coming to Argentina soon and wanted to see if any of my fellow Wikipedians were interested in meeting up, etc...I'm flying into BsAs on Jan. 25th and I don't know many people there, so if you'd be into talking/getting together, let me know. Feel free to leave a message on my user page...seeya around - Paul 22:59, 3 January 2006 (UTC) P.S. Your "Seinfeld"-style logo is awesomeReply

Helllooo Luis! edit

Thanks for the invitation! Argentines have been extremely welcoming to me (and I haven't even left the U.S. yet!) I will certainly try to come to Lobos...your city looks quite nice and I am very much looking forward to seeing the countryside and smaller cities than BsAs...I have been corresponding with a couple of Argentinean Wikipedians (User:Zzzzzzus and User:Mxcatania) and there is some talk of a meetup in February, which would be pretty chevere (do you use that word, or did my Spanish teacher make it up?) Anyway feel free to email me at apriori_paul_hanson AT yahoo.com . Have a good night and talk to you soon! Paul 23:41, 5 January 2006 (UTC)Reply

Yo sólo no puedo.

Image Tagging Image:LMB_Archive.png edit

This image may be deleted.

Thanks for uploading Image:LMB_Archive.png. I notice the image page currently doesn't specify who created the image, so the copyright status is therefore unclear. If you have not created the image yourself then you need to argue that we have the right to use the image on Wikipedia (see copyright tagging below). If you have not created the image yourself then you should also specify where you found it, i.e., in most cases link to the website where you got it, and the terms of use for content from that page.

If the image also doesn't have a copyright tag then you must also add one. If you created/took the picture then you can use GFDL to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the image qualifies as fair use, please read fair use, and then use a tag such as article name or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair_use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other images, please check that you have specified their source and copyright tagged them, too. You can find a list of image pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any unsourced and untagged images will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. --OrphanBot 08:07, 27 January 2006 (UTC)Reply

Explanation note: These messages in Spanish refer to the current irregularities on the Spanish Wikipedia. There, some administrators are being accused of infringing the rules and damaging articles by suppressing information and deleting entire works because under their personal criteria, some articles are not important. Therefore, they are creating a biased Spanish version, which is quite left behind if compared to others. I’m one of the users who firmly opposes to this kind of behavior. Wikipedia_talk:Censorship edit

A watered-down version of the proposed policy against censorship is now open for voting. Will you kindly review the policy and make your opinions known? Thank you very much. Loom91 13:04, 5 April 2006 (UTC)Reply

Nav/contact/archive templates edit

Greetings! I moved three templates of yours to userspace, renaming them to User:Luis María Benítez/Navigation, User:Luis María Benítez/Contact, and User:Luis María Benítez/Talk archive. Since these were single user templates, having them in template space wasn't really the right way. You can have templates in your userspace just the same, so I moved them and updated all the links on your userpages where they were used. All the best, --Durin 13:48, 4 August 2006 (UTC)Reply

Randroide: Hola edit

Hola.

Página: User talk:Randroide/Abuse allegations in the Wikipedia in Spanish
