Hello, you hit the button requesting "article review" at User:Lon Ussurisk/sandbox. However, what you have there is not an article, it's a personal comment. What I would suggest instead is that you go to the talk page of the Frank Sanford article (the "Talk" or "Discussion" tab at the upper-left of the screen when you're on the article's page) and paste your comments there.
