RE: Heroes

edit

Yo, Lo. I actually moved your comment from the article to the Heroes talk page. Your addition, while valid, wasn't exactly up to the standards by which the article must be kept. Thus, I removed it, but "pulled an ace" by add it to the "Weird symbol" section of the talk page as a comment. Whatever the symbol may mean, it's best we not write anything up unless we have all our facts in order. And, as for me wanting to own the article...well, I'd disagree. I can't do that, firstly, for a whole lot of legal and indivudual reasons. Further, I don't want to. I do what I do for maintaince reasons and out of concern. Imagine you're building a bridge. You get help from several different people, but the majority of them, despite the best of intentions, don't know what they're doing. It's hard. I do have help, but the majority of the good additions, corrections and reverts have come from me. I'm watching the show. I'm reading articles about it. It's not so much that I want to be in control, it's that there's chaos if I don't keep things in check. You can discuss the symbol issue further on the talk page. Maybe you and your fellow users can come up with a better why to mention it in the article. Personally, I'd recommend waiting for more information. ACS (Wikipedian); Talk to the Ace. Hmm. Well, thanks for the...uh...shame. It was fine. I've said far worse to people. You were very civil overall, and contacting me first before doing anything else was a good move. Now, while I can appreciate your suggestions, I'm gonna have to stand firm. Like I said, you could discuss a better way to phrase and add information on the article's talk page, but I cannot re-add what you wrote as is. It's just...not up to snuff. Sorry.
