Welcome edit

Hello, Llosoc, and welcome to Wikipedia. Thank you for your contributions to New Jersey. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are a few good links for newcomers:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Where to ask a question, ask me on my talk page, or place {{helpme}} on your talk page and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Again, welcome! -Kmf164 (talk | contribs) 02:44, 27 April 2006 (UTC)Reply

Regarding your contributions to the New Jersey article, I'm unsure why exactly you left the {{Contradict-other}} template, linking to One-drop theory. Please join the discussion at Talk:New Jersey#Contradict-other and let people know more specifically the concerns you have with the article and how they might be addressed. Thanks. -Kmf164 (talk | contribs) 02:44, 27 April 2006 (UTC)Reply

NPOV tags edit

Please make sure that if you're adding POV tags to articles, that you explain on the article's Talk page what your objections are. Without an explanation, your tags will get deleted. User:Zoe|(talk) 23:00, 8 June 2006 (UTC)Reply

External links edit

Please do not add commercial links (or links to your own private websites) to Wikipedia. Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising or a mere collection of external links. You are, however, encouraged to add content instead of links to the encyclopedia. If you feel the link should be added to the article please discuss it on the article's talk page rather than re-adding it. See the welcome page to learn more about Wikipedia. Thanks. -- zzuuzz (talk) 16:36, 27 June 2006 (UTC)Reply

ArbCom elections are now open! edit

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
